The method comprises: selecting an optimal digital speckle field according to the computer speckle design program and the speckle quality assessment criterion, employing indirect preparation method such as transfer print (hydrographics transfer printing, heat transfer printing and the like), laser cutting, silk screen printing, photosensitive stamp, hollow template to transfer the integrated information of the digital speckle field to the surface of an object to be measured for providing high-precision and good-consistency speckle field for digital image relation measurement. Through optimization selection and direct transferring of the digital speckle field generated by the computer, the problems are solved that the digital image relation method measurement precision is undetermined caused by unstable quality of the speckle field and the traditional spraying making random speckle field method and others depend on the technicians' operation skill levels so as to ensure the reliability of the digital image relation method in the scientific research and the real engineering measurement.
