Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-pinch skylight control method. For achieving the method, a controller is mainly adopted for driving a direct current motor to operate so as to push a skylight to be opened and closed. Meanwhile, the controller is used for calculating the current position of the skylight through a hall sensor, the position is determined through a learning mode, and the current operation speed and the current acceleration of the skylight are obtained. The controller reads current friction force according to the current position of the skylight, and the friction force is stored in a storage as data in the learning mode. The controller can calculate current obstacle resistance through obtained parameters and a thrust equation formula. The controller judges whether an anti-pinch action needs to be executed, namely whether the motor is reversely driven, to make the skylight to operate reversely or not according to an obstacle resistance threshold value. According to the anti-pinch skylight control method, obstacle detection is well achieved through software algorithm processing instead of existing modes.
