Embodiment Construction

[0018] See attached picture. The front landing gear wheels of modern aircraft generally do not have brakes, and the main landing gear wheels are equipped with brakes. Aircraft main landing gear is usually arranged symmetrically on both sides of the aircraft fuselage. As an illustration, the aircraft fly-by-wire brake anti-skid control system described here only controls one main landing gear brake wheel.

[0019] The aircraft fly-by-wire brake anti-skid control system described in this embodiment includes: a brake command sensor 1 , a brake control valve 2 , a brake control box 3 and a speed sensor 4 .

[0020] The brake command sensor 1 is installed under the cockpit floor, is mechanically connected with the pedal mechanism, is manipulated by the driver pressing down on the brake pedal, and outputs a brake command current signal proportional to the displacement of the brake pedal. The electrical output interface of the brake command sensor 1 communicates with the electrical...

Abstract

The invention discloses an airplane telex brake system directly controlled by a brake instruction. An electrical output interface of a brake instruction sensor is connected with an electrical input interface of a brake control box; an electrical output interface of the brake control box is connected with a brake control valve; an electrical interface of the brake control valve is connected with the brake instruction sensor and the brake control box respectively; and the electrical output interface of the brake instruction sensor is connected with an electrical input of an electro-hydraulic servo valve through a cable. A brake instruction electric signal sent by the brake instruction sensor in the airplane telex brake system directly reaches the brake control valve without passing through the brake control box to directly operate the airplane telex brake system which controls the brake control valve to brake, so that the middle procedure is eliminated, and entry and interference of a false signal are avoided; and furthermore, transmission of a brake instruction current signal is high in interference resistance, so that the reliability and the safety of operation of the telex brake system during taking off and landing of an airplane are obviously improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an aircraft wheel brake control system, in particular to a brake command electrical signal sent by a brake command sensor without passing through a brake control box. Background technique [0002] The aircraft wheel brake system is a component of modern aircraft landing gear, and is the basic guarantee equipment for the safe operation of aircraft take-off, landing roll and ground taxi control. Prevent punctured tires. Electronic anti-skid brake control systems are widely used in modern advanced aircraft, and the traditional mechanical hydraulic transmission control brakes have been developed to control brakes through wires, that is, fly-by-wire brakes. Fly-by-wire braking is an advanced braking control technology, which has been applied in many aircrafts. In the fly-by-wire mode, the driver's hydraulic brake valve is replaced by a brake command sensor. The function of the hydraulic brake valve to provide hydraulic energy and...
