Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for measuring the rotational speed ripple and torque ripple of a motor. The device comprises a to-be-measured motor, an encoder, a rectifier circuit, a frequency voltage conversion circuit, a filter circuit, a data collection module and a host platform. Through measurement of motor rotational speed ripple, the torque ripple is measured indirectly. When a motor rotates, the encoder connected with the motor coaxially transmits a pulse signal; the frequency of the pulse signal can reflect the instantaneous rotational speed of the to-be-measured motor; and the pulse signal is converted to an analog voltage through a frequency-voltage conversion circuit. The rotational speed ripple is measured by measuring the change amount of the analog voltage. By means of the relation between the torque ripple and the rotational speed ripple, the analog voltage reflecting the rotational speed ripple is converted into the torque ripple through calculation, thereby achieving indirect measurement of the torque ripple. The device and the method can measure the rotational speed ripple and the torque ripple of the motor in real time and provide reliable basis for research on motor torque ripple reduction.
