Each holding tank comprises a plurality of first holding tanks and a plurality of second holding tanks. The plurality of first holding tanks are symmetrically distributed relative to a center of the stator body and the plurality of second holding tanks are symmetrically distributed relative to the center of the stator body. A diameter of a circle where an outer end of the stator body is located is D1. A diameter of a circle where inner end surfaces of the plurality of stator teeth are located is D2. A radius of a circle which is tangent to outer end surfaces of the plurality of first holding tanks is R1. A radius of a circle which is tangent to outer end surfaces of the plurality of second holding tanks is R2. The D1 and the D2 satisfy the following condition that D2 / D1 is greater than or equal to 0.515 is less than or equal to 0.528. And the R1 and the R2 satisfy the following condition that R1 / R2 is greater than or equal to 0.968 and is less than or equal to 0.973.
