The organic fertilizer comprises, by weight, 100-150 parts of vinasse, 60-80 parts of finely divided phtheirospermum root, 10-20 parts of ferment bacteria, 30-50 parts of rapeseed cakes, 50-60 parts of laver and 200-250 parts of farm manure. The farm manure is adopted as a base raw material, and the vinasse and the rapeseed cakes are added to increase the nitrogen element content of the organic fertilizer, so balanced absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements by M. glyptostroboides 'GoldRush' is realized. The finely divided phtheirospermum root and the laver are added to supply a large amount of the calcium element for growth of the M. glyptostroboides 'GoldRush', and magnesium and iron ions contained in the added laver provide necessary support for growth of the M. glyptostroboides 'GoldRush', and also can supplement the phosphorus element in the organic fertilizer.
