Abstract

The invention discloses a production technology of yarn-dyed warp-wise tubular fabric. The technology comprises the following steps of slack winding, bobbin dyeing, rewinding, batch warping, slashing, drawing-in and tying-in, weaving process and finishing. According to the production technology, warp yarn adopts 40S cotton yarn, cotton fabrics are soft in hand feeling, and good air permeability and hygroscopicity are achieved. Weft yarn adopts polyester and elastic wrap yarn thereof, and fabrics made from polyester are smooth in hand feeling, good in color and luster and good in shape retention. By adopting yarn prepared from two kinds of the raw materials for interweaving, the crease resistance of the cotton fabrics is improved, the hygroscopicity and air permeability of the polyester fabric are improved, and the good fabric performance and appearance style are obtained.
