Through controlling the outdoor coil pipe temperature within the set range of temperature the system pressure can be stabilized within the scope of the reliable operation of the compressor, therefore the safe operation of the compressor can be guaranteed. Because the precise regulation of the PRM of the outdoor fan can be achieved without the unnecessary pressure sensor installation in the air conditioner system for collecting the system pressure, so the accruement of hardware cost of the product can be avoided. At the same time the stepless speed regulation is used in the outdoor fan to enhance the stability of the system pressure control, and improve the air conditioning system work performance.
