By means of the multimedia data coding and decoding method and the multimedia data coding and decoding device provided by the invention, video data and motion sensing data can be coded into a multimedia file; motion sensing simulation matched with a video content is realized simply and effectively; and thus, the time cost due to a lot of post technology processing can be reduced.
