Abstract

A blow tube of a tunnel type hot blast stove comprises a horizontal communicating tube, a vertical electromagnet and stop pieces. The stop piece is in a right-angled-n shape and comprises a horizontal round iron plate and two vertical square ceramic plates. The two square plates move up and down in double grooves of the communicating tube. The distance between the downstream groove and the air outlet end of the communicating tube in the air flowing direction is 10 mm-20 mm. The electromagnet is perpendicularly and fixedly arranged over the air outlet end of the communicating tube. The extension line of the center line of the electromagnet passes the center of the round plate of the stop piece and is perpendicular to the central axis of the communicating tube. The electromagnet and a combustion fan power line are connected in parallel and connected into a 220V alternating-current power source wiring hole in a curing room controller, wherein the 220V alternating-current power source wiring hole is used for connection of a combustion fan. When the electromagnet is electrified, the bottom edges of the square plates of the stop piece rise to the highest position of the inner cavity of the communicating tube instantly.
