The automatic transmission electro-hydraulic control valve comprises a valve body with a base, an adjustment valve, an energy storage valve, a reversing electromagnetic valve, a speed variable valve, a gear shifting electromagnetic valve and a throttling hole, wherein the adjustment valve, the energy storage valve, the reversing electromagnetic valve, the speed variable valve, the gear shifting electromagnetic valve and the throttling hole are arranged on the valve body. A work oil path passes through the throttling hole and then is connected with the input port of the adjustment valve, the input port of the reversing electromagnetic valve and the input port of the gear shifting electromagnetic valve in parallel. The output port of the adjustment valve and the input port of the energy storage valve are connected through the work oil path. Two output ports of the reversing electromagnetic valve are connected with two input ports of the speed variable valve correspondingly through the work oil path. The gear shifting electromagnetic valve and the tail end input port of the speed variable valve are connected through the work oil path. Four output ports of the speed variable valve are connected with an advancing first gear hydraulic clutch, an advancing second gear hydraulic clutch, a retreating first gear hydraulic clutch and a retreating second gear hydraulic clutch correspondingly through the work oil path.
