Abstract

The invention discloses a sewage source heat pump hot water unit. The sewage source heat pump hot water unit comprises a compressor. An outlet of the compressor sequentially passes through an oil separator, a plate heat exchanger, a water-cooling condenser, an electromagnetic valve, an expansion valve, a shell and tube evaporator and a gas-liquid separator and then is connected with an inlet of the compressor. The shell and tube evaporator is arranged in a sewage pool. The sewage source heat pump hot water unit has the advantages that in the using process, after being compressed by the compressor, refrigerating fluid enters the plate heat exchanger and the water-cooling condenser through the oil separator; afterwards, the refrigerating fluid passes through the electromagnetic valve and the expansion valve to enter the shell and tube evaporator for heat exchange; and at last, the refrigerating fluid returns to the compressor through the gas-liquid separator. Due to the fact that the shell and tube evaporator is arranged in the sewage pool, environmental protection and reliability are achieved, and the heat exchange efficiency is high. By the adoption of the shell and tube evaporator, sewage clearing is convenient, and reliability and practicality of the sewage source heat pump hot water unit are greatly improved.
