The automatic assembling machine comprises a frame body, and a conveying mechanism, a first mechanical arm, a second mechanical arm, one or more third mechanical arms and one or more fourth mechanical arms which are mounted in the frame body, wherein a rotatable first air cylinder clamp and a third driving part for driving the first air cylinder clamp to rotate are mounted at the tail end of the second mechanical arm; when the automatic assembling machine is in actual use, the first mechanical arm places the relay body on the conveying mechanism; the first air cylinder clamp of the second mechanical arm clamps a movable reed of the relay; the third driving part drives the first air cylinder clamp to rotate to further adjust the relative angle between the movable reed and the body; then the second mechanical arm assembles the position-adjusted movable reed on the body; next, the third mechanical arm assemblies a static reed of the relay on the body; and the fourth mechanical arm moves out the relay after the reeds are completely assembled.
