The fixing device comprises a first clamping member which is detachably connected with the outer tube, a second clamping member which is detachably connected with the middle tube, and a third clamping member which is detachably connected with the inner tube. The second clamping member is provided with a middle air inlet which makes auxiliary gas enter a space between the inner tube and the middle tube. The first clamping member is provided with an outer gas inlet which makes cooling gas enter a space between the middle tube and the outer tube. According to the microwave induction plasma torch tube, the outer tube, the middle tube and the inner tube which are independent from one another are utilized. Compared with an integrated torch tube, the split type torch tube has advantages of realizing higher convenience in machining, realizing random change of the outer tube, the middle tube and the inner tube, preventing change of the whole torch tube on the condition of outer tube burndown, and effectively reducing change cost and maintenance cost of the torch tube.
