The invention discloses a satellite positioning receiving system capable of preventing real-time radio frequency cheating and a method thereof and relates to the satellite navigation system field. The system comprises a positioning resolving module, a third party time module and a time contrast module. The positioning resolving module is configured to resolve a received satellite navigation positioning system signal into time information and position information. The third party time module is configured to provide the time information which is independent of the satellite navigation positioning system signal acquired by the positioning resolving module. The time contrast module is configured to compare the time information acquired by the positioning resolving module to the time information provided by the third party time module. According to a set threshold, whether the position information is trustable is determined and a trusted sign is output. The system and the method rely on a common satellite navigation positioning receiving machine and a time system of a third party system. Through comparing a time signal of navigation positioning and a third party system time signal, a real-time radio frequency cheating signal is detected so that a purpose of preventing cheating is achieved.
