Abstract

The invention provides a pickling inhibitor which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 15-20 parts of a triazole compound, 35-45 parts of sodium gluconate, 3-10 parts of an itaconic acid, 3-10 parts of a tannic acid, 3-5 parts of sodium tungstate, and 400-450 parts of water. A preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) adding water in a glass container, and heating in water bath to 80-90 DEG C; (2) slowly adding the triazole compound in the glass container and synchronously stirring until sufficiently dissolving; and (3) sequentially adding sodium gluconate, the itaconic acid, the tannic acid and sodium tungstate, stirring and dissolving, cooling to 20-30 DEG C after stirring for 10-20 minutes, and ageing for 1-2 hours to obtain the efficient environmental-friendly pickling inhibitor.
