As the fixed substrate only comprises the metal frame and the adhesive layer plate, compared with the fixed substrates with pure metal structures, the weight of the fixed substrate disclosed by the invention can be greatly reduced; and in addition, because the fixed substrate disclosed by the invention uses less metal materials and is simple in structure, relatively low manufacturing cost can be achieved.
