Firstly, a cylindrical waveform condenser is covered on the uppermost layer of the solar tile so that the focus of the sunlight just falls on a solar cell panel at the underside; two sides of the underside of the condenser are provided with an aluminized film reflector respectively; when rays are irradiated on the reflectors, the rays are reflected and converged to the solar cell panel; a radiating tube is arranged under the cell panel, and the middle of the cell panel is provided with cooling water for reducing the temperature of the cell panel; and the warm water flowing out from the radiating tube is baffled and then enters a vacuum heat collecting tube of the body so that the warm water is further heated in the heat collecting tube, and the hot water is delivered to a hot water collecting barrel of the last solar tile, thus, the hot water is gradually pushed upwards, and the hot water in the solar tile of the uppermost layer is directly delivered to the house for later use so as to finish the whole water circulating process. The lower end of the solar tile is provided with a solar cell output terminal, and the power emitted by the solar cell is conveyed into a storage cell or merged into a power grid after passing through an inverter so as to form the whole current loop.

The solar plane tile comprises a first panel, a sealing layer, a solar cell and asecond panel which are sequentially arranged, and the solar cell is sealed in an overlapped area between the first panel and the second panel through the sealing layer. The first panel further comprises a first lapping part extending out of the overlapping area in the first direction, and the second panel further comprises a second lapping part extending out of the overlapping part in the direction opposite to the first direction. The first lapping part can be in sealed lap joint with a second lapping part of an adjacent solar energy plane tile. At least the first panel is a light permeable panel. According to the solar plane tile provided by the invention, the multiple functions of mounting of the roof structure, solar power generation and tile water proofing are achieved; the mounting method is suitable for roofing of all specifications, easy and convenient to apply and high in on-site construction flexibility; and the solar energy roof structure is good in waterproof effect and hashigh cost performance and application value.

Method for manufacturing solar tiles

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing solar tiles, which comprises the following steps of: (1) manufacturing tiles: preparing a tile material A and a tile material B, wherein both ends of the surface of the tile material A are provided with splicing grooves, the lower surface of the tile material A is provided with a positioning groove, a junction box groove and a circuit wire running groove, and the tile material B is provided with a connecting groove matched with the splicing grooves on the tile material A; and (2) manufacturing solar photovoltaic tiles: sequentially stacking a back plate, a cell piece, a laminated film and a super white tempered glass on the tile material A; then putting into a laminating machine for laminating treatment; installing a junction box in the junction box groove of the tile material A to obtain single solar photovoltaic tiles; flattening the single solar photovoltaic tiles orderly into a single row; then inserting the tile material B into the splicing groove adjacent to the tile material A; and sequentially stacking multiple layers to obtain the solar photovoltaic tile. Compared with the prior art, the solar photovoltaic generation is directly applied to the tiles to achieve friendly combination of the photovoltaic generation with buildings.

The invention discloses a solar tile system, and relates to a solar tile. The solar tile system comprises the solar tile, a line system and a solar tile fixing matrix which is used for fixing more than two solar tiles together, wherein an electric energy output end is arranged on the solar tile; an electric energy input interface which corresponds to the electric energy output end is arranged on the solar tile fixing matrix; a light emitting diode (LED) indicating lamp is arranged on the solar tile; and a power input end of the LED indicating lamp is connected with the electric energy output end of the solar tile. In the system, the solar tile can achieve effects of wind prevention, rain prevention and heat insulation and can store energy and generate electricity by fully using solar energy; and the condition of a line can be known at the right moment, so that the function of the system is convenient to implement.
