The headstock comprises the following steps: 1, according to production demands, counting the quantity of yarn cylinders needed for production, the quantity of bundles, the quantity of yarns in each bundle, the quantity of turns and bundle widths, and preparing the corresponding yarn cylinders; 2, adjusting positions of a yarn frame and rollers to make sure that the width of each bundle of warp yarns is consistent with a needed width; and 3, performing warping work, shutting down reed warp yarn breaks, and connecting with the breaks. The tailstock method comprises the following steps: 1, according to the production demands, installing corresponding yarn counts, and confirming yarn count marks; 2, performing yarn count butt joint on each cylinder of yarns and a corresponding tension disc; and 3, replacing yarn cylinders whose yarns are exhausted, decreasing the quantity of turns of the tension disc, and increasing the quantity of turns.
