This invention provides a high-speed warping
machine reversing mechanism, including a warping
machine, a first and second spool rotatably mounted on the warping
machine, a reversing mechanism for driving the first and second spools to rotate, and a limiting mechanism for locking the reversing mechanism's switching mode. The reversing mechanism includes a mounting plate, on which a second, third, and fourth gear are rotatably mounted, and a switching
handle is fixedly mounted. This invention allows for flexible adjustment of the meshing state of the second and third gears with the first gear via the switching
handle, enabling synchronous and unidirectional or synchronous and opposite-directional rotation of the first and second spools. The synchronous and unidirectional mode is suitable for conventional
yarn rewinding scenarios, efficiently transferring
yarn from the warp beam to the weft beam. The synchronous and opposite-directional mode is designed for special
textile processes, avoiding
yarn cross-entanglement or excessive local tension caused by unidirectional rotation of the spools, effectively reducing the risk of yarn breakage and improving finished product quality.
