The organic light-emitting display panel includes: a substrate; a first electrode and a second electrode which are in laminated arrangement and are disposed on the same side of the substrate; an organic light-emitting layer which is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; an electronic transmission layer which is arranged between the organic light-emitting layer and the second electrode, wherein the electronic transmission layer includes ytterbium of which the volume fraction is equal to or less than 3 %. According to the embodiments of the invention, the technical solution can reduce the interface energy barrier between the electronic transmission layer and a cathode layer of the organic light-emitting display panel, increases electron injection and also the properties of the organic light-emitting display panel.
