The composition comprises organic rectorite and an alkaline metal salt and is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of rectorite, 11-119 parts of a quaternary ammonium salt, and 0.1-15 parts of strong-base weak-acid alkaline metal salt. The composition can be prepared via the steps of alkalization, organification, drying and crushing and other steps.
