The invention discloses a light-weight organic glass fiber composite material. The composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of palm wax, 0.7-1 partof epoxy chloropropane, 30-40 parts of glass fiber, 7-9 parts of abietyl alcohol, 0.5-1 part of polybenzimidazole, 1-2 parts of ammonium molybdate, 2-3 parts of hexamethylphosphoramide, 2-4 parts ofcaprylic/capric triglyceride, 2-3 parts of melamine, 0.7-1 part of p-toluene sulfonic acid, 7-10 parts of light-weight calcium carbonate, 2-3 parts of calcium ricinoleate and 50-60 parts of polycarbonate. According to the light-weight organic glass fiber composite material, the calcium carbonate and the glass fiber are respectively subjected to cyanamide and epoxidation treatment, the surfaces ofthe calcium carbonate and glass fiber are subjected to complete organification, then the calcium carbonate and the glass fiber are blended to be dispersed into the polycarbonate, the compatibility ofthe calcium carbonate and the glass fiber in the organic polycarbonate is effectively improved, so that the stability of products is improved.
