The spectrum analysis equipment comprises a noise-reducing treatment module, a correcting and modeling module, a detecting and analyzing module and a communication module, wherein the noise-reducing treatment module is used for performing noise-reducing treatment on the spectrum data of a corrected metal sample and on the spectrum data of a detected metal sample; the correcting and modeling module is used for modeling with chemometrics software based on the spectrum data of the corrected metal sample to obtain a metal component measuring model; and the detecting and analyzing module is used for analyzing by using the metal component measuring model and the spectrum data of the detected metal sample.
