Abstract

A routing optimization system for the Internet of Vehicles comprises an initialization setting module, a routing table building module, an expectation ordering module, a link establishing module and a data packet transmitting / receiving module. A routing optimization method includes following steps: step 1, performing initialization setting on a current node by each node; step 2, broadcasting a Hello message by each node, and building a routing table; step 3, calculating and ordering expectation values of nodes in the routing table by each node; step 4, establishing a communication link from a source node / middle node to a DCN (data communication network) node; step 5, enabling the source node / middle node to enter a data transmitting / receiving process; step 6, repeating the steps 2-5 until a data packet is successfully transmitted from the source node to a target node.
