Embodiment Construction

[0049] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and implementation steps.

[0050] like figure 1 As shown, the pile length is L, and the pile body 1 is divided into n sections according to the pile length, and the length of each section is l=L / n. The pile body 1 is provided with an inclinometer tube, and a total of n acceleration test boxes with the same structure are tied at equal intervals on the wire 2 . The structure of the i-th acceleration test box will be described below as an example. like figure 2 As shown, the acceleration sensor 2(i)b is installed in the shell 2(i)c of the acceleration test box, the wire 2(i)e is connected to the acceleration sensor 2(i)b, and the side of the shell 2(i)c is pasted with The friction pad 2(i)a is equipped with an airbag 2(i)d on the other side, and the upper and lower parts of the airbag 2(i)d are provided with interfaces communicating with the inner cavity of the airbag. ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an acceleration test box and a pile foundation bearing capacity dynamic test method based on multi-point test. The acceleration test box is provided with an acceleration sensor, wherein one side of the acceleration sensor is provided with a friction pad, and the other side is provided with an airbag. The pile foundation bearing capacity dynamic test method based on the multi-point test comprises the following steps: dividing a long pile into limit single-degree-of-freedom mass points, and arranging the acceleration text box at a middle point of a pile section; knocking on the top of the pile by virtue of a heavy hammer, so that a pile body achieves a limit bearing capacity; obtaining a velocity-time course by virtue of an acceleration-time course of each pile section obtained through integration, and obtaining a displacement-time course by virtue of an integration velocity-time course; obtaining a transfer function of each pile section by using the time courses and combining a power balance equation of the pile section; and obtaining a load displacement curve of the entire pile by using a load transfer method, and determining the limit bearing capacity of the entire pile according to relevant specification. In the process of determining the limit bearing capacity, all parameters can be calculated by virtue of the measured data, and the diversity of results can be avoided. The acceleration test box can be recycled, and the test cost is decreased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an acceleration test box and a dynamic test method for pile foundation bearing capacity based on multi-point test. Background technique [0002] At present, the methods for testing the bearing capacity of pile foundation mainly include static load test and dynamic test method. [0003] Static load test refers to applying the axial pressure and axial upward pullout force step by step on the top of the pile according to the function of the pile, or applying a horizontal force at the same elevation of the bottom surface of the pile foundation cap, and observing the generation of corresponding detection points of the pile over time. According to the relationship between load and displacement (i.e. Q~s curve), determine the corresponding single pile vertical compressive bearing capacity, single pile vertical pullout bearing capacity or single pile horizontal bearing capacity experiment method. There are three commonly used static ...
