Compared with the prior art, the composite type air conditioning device and the conditioning method of the composite type air conditioning device have the beneficial effects that a heat pump heat exchanger is arranged in and coupled to a solution processor to build an inner heat type regenerator and an inner cool type dehumidifier, the heat pump heat exchanger is utilized for carrying out solution dehumidification-before precooling and regeneration-before preheating, and the heat efficiency of the regeneration and dehumidification process is improved; condensate waste heat is sufficiently utilized as an auxiliary heat source for solution regeneration, indoor exhaust waste heat is utilized for heating fresh air, high-temperature solution waste heat is utilized for heating a dilute solution for regeneration, and maximum utilization of energy is achieved. Under winter operating conditions, supply air is humidified through the solution regeneration process, the air humidity at an inlet of an evaporator is lowered through solution dehumidification, outdoor wet air total heat is used as a low-temperature heat source of a heat pump system, and frostless continuous efficient operation in winter can be achieved in wet and cold areas; and under summer operation conditions, the evaporator achieves dry-operating-condition operation, and system performance is improved.
