Abstract

The invention relates to application of trans-2-dodecenol serving as a cyrtorhinus lividipennis reuter attractant. The application method comprises the following steps: preparing trans-2-dodecenol into a mother solution by using absolute ethyl alcohol, dissolving paraffin oil or normal hexane to serve as the cyrtorhinus lividipennis reuter attractant, and applying the attractant to a field at a concentration of 10-10000 ppm. When the concentration is 50 ppm, the attractant rate of male cyrtorhinus lividipennis reuter is 51.72%, and the attractant rate of female cyrtorhinus lividipennis reuter is 44.83%; and when the concentration is 50 ppm, the attractant rate of young cyrtorhinus lividipennis reuter is 31.51%. During a screen-house test, when the concentration is 500 ppm, the attractant rate of the cyrtorhinus lividipennis reuter is 55.64%. During a field test, when the concentration is 1000 ppm, the attractant rate of the young cyrtorhinus lividipennis reuter is 41.98%, and the attractant rate of the adult cyrtorhinus lividipennis reuter is 26.71%.
