Abstract

The present invention provides a display substrate and a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The preparation method comprises: providing a substrate; forming a pixel definition layer on the substrate; performing oxidation treatment of the pixel definition layer, wherein one side, far away from the substrate, of the pixel definition layer is partially oxidized so as to allow the pixel definition layer to comprise a main body layer close to the substrate and an oxidation layer far away from the substrate; and performing solidification and molding processing of the pixel definition layer, and performing composition technology of the pixel definition layer to form a pixel definition pattern. The pixel definition pattern is formed through one-time film forming technology and the composition technology to simplify the preparation technology and reduce the preparation cost, and the internal portion of the formed pixel definition has no the interface problem so as to improve the stability of the pixel definition pattern structure.
