The stator assembly comprises an upper casing, a lower casing, an angle sensor body, a motor and an electronic control circuit board, wherein the angle sensor body, the motor and the electronic control circuit board are arranged inside a cavity formed by the upper and lower casings and the electronic control circuit board is used for monitoring and controlling the magnitude and the direction of the torque of the motor in real time. The rotor comprises a rotary shaft, a transmission gear set which is disposed at the upper end of the rotary shaft and is used for transmission connection with the motor, and a flange which is provided at the lower end of the rotary shaft and is used for connection with a rotary member of a measured object. An angle sensor detection component corresponding to the angle sensor body is provided on the upper end surface of the rotary shaft.
