The invention discloses a device and method for verifying oil resistance of a rubber seal ring. The device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the number of connecting parts is small, and the device canbe operated and used in a standard laboratory or a production site; the number of rubber seal ring performance evaluation and verification parameters is large, and by adjusting the nut, the spiral pipe and a booster pump and injecting different kinds of oil liquid, the compression amount, temperature and pressure of the rubber seal ring and the influence of the sealing oil liquid on the sealing performance of the rubber ring are evaluated and verified; the sealing performance of the rubber ring in the actual use process is objectively represented, so that a quantifiable sealing property representation device is provided for batch quality assessment of the rubber ring and analysis of the oil leakage amount of failure parts.
