The model is characterized by using a flange of each capacitor unit forming a voltage divider to express a capacitive voltage divider of the equipotential shielding capacitive type voltage transformer; using a grading ring of a top of each electrified body to express the electrified body surrounding the equipotential shielding capacitive type voltage transformer; taking all the electrified body grading rings in a same phase of circuit of a transformer substation incoming line segment as a same conductor; and determining a total number of the electrified bodies in the equivalent circuit model and successively numbering, and numbering the flange and the grading ring which is equipotential with the flange as an integral body. In the invention, a foundation is laid for further accurately analyzing an additive error of the capacitive type voltage transformer under a stray parameter influence; a complex stray parameter network under a transformer substation field condition is reasonably simplified, maneuverability of stray parameter extraction is enhanced and stray parameter extraction efficiency is increased; and simultaneously high precision of calculation is guaranteed.
