The invention discloses an on-line particle image particle size analysis device, which comprises a sampling container, a sampling compressed air pipe, a sampling pipe, a material dispersion connector, an air compressor, a high-speed image pick-up device, a powder return pipe and an upper computer, wherein granular materials fall into the sampling container, are sucked into the sampling pipe, and are conveyed into the material dispersion connector through the sampling pipe; compressed air generated by the air compressor is introduced into the material dispersion connector; the materials in the material dispersion connector are blown away by the compressed air; the materials with uniform thickness fall into a high-speed image pickup region; a high-speed camera performs high-speed photo taking on the dispersion materials fell in the high-speed image pickup region; the particle graduation of the dispersed materials is recorded; the upper computer collects images shot by the high-speed camera; the shot images are analyzed through particle analysis software; the specimen particle size distribution condition is obtained.
