The invention discloses a unicellular sampling device and method based on a
porous metal enrichment probe, and belongs to the technical field of unicellular sampling. The problem that existing unicellular sampling devices and methods based on capillary tube probes are high in cost, poor in
repeatability and complicated in process is solved. The sampling device comprises a linear controller, the
porous metal enrichment probe and a
microscope, wherein the linear controller is composed of a base, a supporting rod, a clamping device, a
micrometer head and a fixing base, the
porous metal enrichment probe has a three-dimensional continuous porous structure, one end of the porous
metal enrichment probe is a tip end, the other end of the porous
metal enrichment probe is fixed to the fixing base, the porous
metal enrichment probe moves in the axis direction of the
micrometer head along with a measuring rod of the
micrometer head, and the
microscope is used for observing cells in tissue to be sampled. The unicellular sampling device is easy and convenient to operate, good in
repeatability, low in cost, high in efficiency and capable of achieving unicellular sampling of animal and
plant tissue, then, rapid analysis of unicellular metabolins is achieved, and differences between the metabolins among different cells are found.
