Abstract

The invention provides a method and apparatus for parameter identification of an equivalent circuit model of a lithium ion battery. The method comprises: executing a composite pulse power characteristic test on a lithium ion battery to determine the battery-side voltage response curve; carrying out curve fitting on the battery-side voltage response curve to determine an exponential equation expression; and determining a battery-side voltage equation expression based on an equivalent circuit model of a lithium ion battery and comparing coefficients of the battery-side voltage equation expression with coefficients of the exponential equation expression to determine a battery polarization resistance and a battery polarization capacitance. According to the method provided by the invention, with a curve fitting way, identification of the battery polarization resistance and the battery polarization capacitance is realized and the computing process becomes clear and simple, so that complicated matrix computing during parameter identification in the prior art can be avoided.
