Abstract

The device comprises a smelting and pouring combined device, a casting conveying device and a pressurized solidification device. The casting conveying device can be matched with the smelting and pouring combined device and used for completing heating of a die and pouring of a casting. The casting conveying device conveys a casting poured by the smelting and pouring combined device to the pressurized solidification device or conveys a new die to be poured to the smelting and pouring combined device. The casting conveying device can be matched with the pressurized solidification device to complete pressurized solidification of the casting. By means of matching of the devices, casting conveying can be automatically completed, manual die transfer carried out before and after pouring is not needed, the die transfer time and frequency are reduced, and the operation time and cost are saved.
