Abstract

The invention provides a non-destructive detection method for the working stress and the same-beam non-uniformity of an anchoring structure steel beam. According to the non-destructive detection method, a model is established by using the relationship between stress and elastic wave dynamic characteristics; during the detection, resonance devices are connected to the exposed sections of an anchoring structure steel beam and are respectively provided with an acceleration sensor, an anchor acceleration sensor is arranged on an anchoring structure working anchor, and the acceleration sensors are connected to an acquisition system; a trigger device is subjected to shock excitation with force to generate elastic waves on the working anchor; the response dynamic characteristic parameters of the acceleration sensors on the working anchor and the resonance devices are tested and calculated, and stress and characteristic parameter are calibrated; the working stress of the steel beam is calculated according to the correlation with the calibrated characteristic database; and the same-beam non-uniformity is calculated according to the deviation of the response characteristic parameters.
