Abstract

The invention discloses a temperature control system for a furnace body of a vacuum gas quenching furnace. The temperature control system comprises a sandwich and a control system of a cooling water system, wherein the cooling water system comprises a water inlet tube and a water outlet tube; the water inlet tube separately communicates with a first water inlet, a second water inlet and third water inlets of the sandwich; the water outlet tube communicates with three water outlets; a first manual solenoid valve is arranged on a pipeline for communicating the water inlet tube to the first water inlet; a second manual solenoid valve is arranged on a pipeline for communicating the water inlet tube to the second water inlet; a solenoid valve is in parallel connected on a pipeline for communicating the water inlet tube to the second water inlet; a first temperature measuring thermal resistor is arranged on the bottom of the sandwich; a second temperature measuring thermal resistor is arranged on the top of the sandwich; a thermometer is arranged on a furnace door; and the control system is separately connected with the solenoid valve, the thermometer, the first temperature measuring thermal resistor and the second temperature measuring thermal resistor. According to the temperature control system disclosed by the invention, the temperature in the furnace body is controlled by cooling water in the sandwich, so that condensation, inside a furnace wall as a result of plates and the like, of water vapor can be effectively reduced, and therefore, quality of tapped products is guaranteed.
