Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic counter weight device of a cone yarn and a counter weight method. The device comprises a loading weighing sorting apparatus and a counter weight apparatus. The loading weighing sorting apparatus is located at an input terminal of the automatic counter weight device of the cone yarn. The counter weight device is connected to the loading weighing sorting apparatus. The loading weighing sorting apparatus and the counter weight device are connected to a control system through signal lines. In the invention, an automation degree is high; automatic weighing and automatic screening functions are possessed, and through two intermittent power roller machine channels, automatic counter weight can be performed; and a triaxial coordinate robot is used to capture. Compared to existing manual weighting and counter weight, by using the device and the method of the invention, packaging efficiency of the cone yarn is increased and labor intensity of a worker is reduced.
