The method includes the steps of: assembly of sampling equipment: preparing a sampling needle, setting a vertical through first mounting hole at the top of the sampling needle, setting a second mounting hole coaxially with the first mounting hole at the bottom of the sampling needle, arranging a first needle for liquid sampling in the first mounting hole, and mounting a second needle in the second mounting hole; and sampling: inserting the first needle into a sealed pad of a sealed sampling bottle, conducting further insertion, then inserting the second needle also into the sealed pad of the sealed sampling bottle, during collection, adsorbing the liquid passing through the first needle into the sampling bottle, and discharging the gas passing through the second needle into an activated carbon adsorber by the sampling needle.
