A first chamber and a second chamber are defined through the cover plate, the substrate and the encapsulation part. The second chamber extends in the circumferential direction of the first chamber. The electronic devices are arranged on the substrate and in the first chamber. The first chamber is filled with inert gas and the second chamber is filled with oil liquid.
