specific Embodiment 1

[0023] A method for grafting Chinese Sophora japonica Saccharomyces japonica, the method comprises the following steps:

[0024] 1) Selection of scion during split grafting:

[0025] To select scions, it is necessary to select 2-3 years old Chinese pagoda tree in spring, and there are at least 4-5 tooth ears on the selected scions;

[0026] 2) Scion management during splitting:

[0027] At 0.6cm below the scion, incline downward at 60 degrees and cross-cut to the xylem, and then at 1.0cm above the scion to be taken, push the knife downward from shallow to deep until the incision reaches the xylem, and then the scion can be removed;

[0028] 3) Micro-treatment of the scion: soak the bottom of the scion in physiological saline for 5 hours to pre-treat the harmful microorganisms on the outer surface of the bottom of the scion;

[0029] 4) Moisturizing of scion:

[0030] Put the bottom of the scion treated in step 3) into the nutrient water that can promote growth overnight, so...

[0038] A method for grafting Chinese Sophora japonica Saccharomyces japonica, the method comprises the following steps:

[0039] 1) Selection of scion during split grafting:

[0040] To select scions, it is necessary to select 2-3 years old Chinese pagoda tree in spring, and there are at least 4-5 tooth ears on the selected scions;

[0041] 2) Scion management during splitting:

[0042] At 0.7cm below the scion, incline downward at 60 degrees and cross-cut to the xylem, and then at 1.0cm above the scion to be taken, push the knife downward from shallow to deep until the incision reaches the xylem, and then the scion can be removed;

[0043] 3) Micro-treatment of the scion: soak the bottom of the scion in physiological saline for 6 hours to pre-treat the harmful microorganisms on the outer surface of the bottom of the scion;

[0044] 4) Moisturizing of scion:

[0053] A method for grafting Chinese Sophora japonica Saccharomyces japonica, the method comprises the following steps:

[0054] 1) Selection of scion during split grafting:

[0055] To select scions, it is necessary to select 2-3 years old Chinese pagoda tree in spring, and there are at least 4-5 tooth ears on the selected scions;

[0056] 2) Scion management during splitting:

[0057] At 0.8cm below the scion, incline downward at 60 degrees and cross-cut to a depth of xylem, and then at 1.0cm above the scion to be taken, push the knife downward from shallow to deep until the incision reaches the xylem, and then the scion can be removed;

[0058] 3) Micro-treatment of the scion: soak the bottom of the scion in physiological saline for 7 hours to pre-treat the harmful microorganisms on the outer surface of the bottom of the scion;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for grafting sophora japonlca.cuchlnensis on Chinese scholartree. The method comprises the following steps: selection of scions during cleft grafting: selecting scions of Chinese scholartree at the age of 2-3 in the spring, wherein at least 4-5 panicles remain on each scion; (2) management of the scions during cleft grafting: transversely cutting each scion at the position which is distant from the bottom by 0.6-0.8 cm obliquely at an angle of 60 degrees until the knife reaches a corresponding xylem, downwards pushing the knife from the position, which is distant from the top by 1.0 cm, of each scion to be taken from shallow to deep until the knife reaches the corresponding xylem so as to take off the scion; (3) micro-treatment of the scions: soaking the bottoms of the scions with normal saline for 5-7 hours, and pretreating harmful microorganisms on the outer surfaces of the bottoms of the scions; (4) moisturizing of the scions: soaking the bottoms of the scions treated in the step (3) in nutrient liquid capable of promoting growth for a night until the scions fully absorb the nutrient liquid; (5) management of stock during cleft grafting; and (6) cleft grafting combination. According to the method, the Chinese scholartree is used as the scions, the sophora japonlca.cuchlnensis is used as the stock, and while the ornamental value is increased, the rate of survival is further increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for grafting Chinese pagoda tree with golden-branched pagoda tree, and belongs to the technical field of plant grafting. Background technique [0002] Sophora japonica belongs to Papilionaceae arbor plants. Sophora japonica is a good tree species for greening. It is often used as a shade tree and street tree. It has certain economic value and medicinal value. It has been used as a city flower in many regions. Golden branch locust tree, also known as golden locust tree, golden silk locust tree, is one of the varieties of national locust tree. Because the branches and leaves are golden yellow throughout the year, it is often used in landscaping and has high ornamental value. Saccharomyces japonica not only has the ornamental value of the four seasons landscape, but also has the effect of improving the stability of the group and forming a good scene when it is mixed with other tree species due to its ecological characteri...
