Embodiment Construction

[0013] combined with Figure 1-4 , the present invention is further described: a kind of seismic multi-attribute fusion method based on Shearlet-fastICA, and specific implementation scheme comprises the following steps:

[0014] Step S1: The total energy attribute is obtained by extracting the seismic attribute visual analysis system software, such as figure 2 As shown in , the coherent body attributes are extracted by the seismic attribute visualization analysis system software, such as image 3 shown. The different seismic attributes to be fused are separately standardized and preprocessed to eliminate the influence of different dimensions, different ranges of variation, and different values. If the Shearlet transform is performed after the seismic attributes, the Haar wavelet is used to decompose the data first, and the low-frequency sub-band coefficients and high-frequency sub-band coefficients at different scales can be obtained after decomposition. Then, the high-fre...

Abstract

The invention discloses a seismic multi-attribute fusion method based on Shearlet-fastICA. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, preprocessing seismic attribute, then carrying out shearlet transformation, and determining initial low-frequency subband coefficients and initial high-frequency subband coefficients of different seismic attribute data in a spatial domain; S2, respectively mapping the initial low-frequency subband coefficients and the initial high-frequency subband coefficients from the spatial domain to an ICA domain by using an ICA primary function; S3, carrying out fusion in the ICA domain to determine fused low-frequency subband coefficients and fused high-frequency subband coefficients; and S4, mapping the fused low-frequency subband coefficients and the fused high-frequency subband coefficients back to the spatial domain from the ICA domain and carrying out Shearlet reconstitution to obtain seismic attribute fusion results. According to the seismic multi-attribute fusion method based on Shearlet-fastICA, the mutual redundancy is eliminated by the fused attribute data; the relevant characteristics of the geological mass can be more clearly and obviously described; the powerful technical support is supplied to subsequent reservoir prediction and construction interpretation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of exploration geophysics, and in particular relates to a seismic multi-attribute fusion method based on Shearlet-fastICA (shearlet-fast independent component analysis, shear wave transform-fast independent component analysis). Background technique [0002] Seismic attributes can effectively describe the geological characteristics of the target layer, and provide favorable basic data for reservoir prediction, fluid identification, reservoir description, reservoir fluid dynamic detection, etc. When predicting reservoirs with seismic attributes, if complex geological interpretation problems are encountered, only a single seismic attribute will be used for analysis, which will not only cause multiple solutions and limitations, but also lead to low accuracy and lack of reliability in the final result of attribute analysis. Reliability, and a large amount of seismic attribute data will increase the spatial dimension of the...
