According to the method, a computer, under configuration, executes the following steps of generating a resource allocation process list based on a resource allocation request; processing the resource allocation process list to generate an access entry of the resource allocation process list; and opening the access entry, so that a resource supply third party makes a response to the resource allocation request through the access entry. The resource allocation process list based on the resource allocation request is processed into the access entry; and when local resources are insufficient or the resources are inconveniently allocated temporarily, the resource supply third party can perform resource allocation operation in response to the resource allocation request through the access entry, so that the resource turnover efficiency is improved; and the corresponding resource allocation process list is processed in time, so that the storage and calculation resource occupation of the computer is reduced.
