The system comprises a temperature measuring unit, a data collecting terminal and a system main station; the temperature measuring unit is used for acquiring the temperature data of a monitored line and transmitting the temperature data to the data collection terminal through a micro power wireless communication mode; the data collecting terminal is used for receiving the temperature data sent by the temperature measuring unit through a micro power wireless communication mode and transmitting the temperature data to the system master station through a wireless network; and the system master station is used for receiving the temperature data send by the data collection terminal and performing temperature monitoring on the monitored line according to the temperature data.
