Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: establishing a MOS value model of the quality of service; performing neighborhood propagation on the MOS value of router quality of service; transmitting the MOS value, which needs to guarantee, of the lowest quality of service in a switching network; dynamically selecting the local quality of service according to the MOS value of the router quality of service; and processing the information of a destination router. The invention further discloses a network node end-to-end quality of service guaranteeing device based on neighborhood sensing. The device comprises a MOS value model establishing module, a MOS value neighborhood propagating module, a MOS value with the lowest quality of service transmitting module, a local quality of service selection module and a destination router information processing module. By establishing the MOS value model of the quality of service, a dynamic distribution strategy of a network node resource on a data transmission is generated.
