Abstract

The invention discloses an aviation piston engine with double air cylinder and dual modes. The aviation piston engine is provided with two air cylinders which are symmetrically arranged left and right; power is output by a crankshaft of an engine; a connecting rod drives one piston rod to simultaneously drive pistons in the two air cylinders to move; and both the upper end and the lower end of each of the two air cylinders are equipped with valve mechanisms, fuel oil systems and ignition systems. Each air cylinder is provided with dual working chambers, and one or two of the dual working chambers supply gas to do work by controlling the corresponding valve mechanisms, and therefore, the engine has two working states: a large-power working state and a small-power working state; and under the two working modes, the engine has relatively high fuel oil efficiency.
