Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0022] Referring to the accompanying drawings, a three-degree-of-freedom positioning device for radiographic inspection of aircraft structural parts includes a rotating frame 1 for placing aircraft structural parts, which is carried on a pitching frame 2 through a support bearing 14, and the pitching frame 2 is carried on a sliding frame 3 , the sliding frame 3 is carried on the bottom frame 4 through the support plate 32 .

[0023] The rotating frame 1 is composed of a support plate 11 , a blocking plate 12 and a rotating plate 13 . Place the aircraft castings on the support plate 11, restrain the castings from slipping through the blocking plate 12, adjust the angle of the rotating frame through the rotating plate 13, determine the angle of the rotating frame through the angle scale 14 in the pitching frame 2, and determine the angle of the rotating frame by rotating the ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of nondestructive testing, and relates to a three-freedom degree positioning device for ray detection on an airplane structural component and a detection method. The three-freedom degree positioning device comprises a rotation frame, a pitching frame, a sliding frame and a bottom frame. The three-freedom degree positioning device has the beneficial effects as follows: firstly, the positioning device achieves 80% coverage detection on a whole cast and 100% detection on key parts, and a workpiece is translated, rotated and pitched through the positioning device, so that the coverage area of radiographic testing is expanded as far as possible and testing needs are met; secondly, the detection precision is improved, and after application of the three-freedom degree positioning device, the structural component can be placed at a needed position through translating, rotating and pitching movement and by virtue of a pitching angle scale and a rotating angle scale, so that accurate positioning during transillumination is ensured, the repeatability of multiple transillumination is improved, imaging inconsistency caused by a transillumination angle difference is avoided, negative assessment and defect positioning are facilitated and the detection precision is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of non-destructive testing, and relates to a three-degree-of-freedom positioning device and a testing method for radiographic testing of aircraft structural parts. Background technique [0002] With the development of aviation technology, in order to reduce the structural weight, improve the overall performance and reliability of components, and reduce manufacturing costs, more and more precision and complex castings are used in aircraft structures. Precision formed castings have the characteristics of large size and complex structure, and the internal quality of key parts requires 100% inspection. However, more multi-angle transillumination and repeated transillumination are required in the detection process. In the past, the structural parts were mainly placed in the required position by manpower, so there were inaccurate positioning, inconsistent angles, and poor repeatability. The problem needs to be solved urgen...
