A built-in heat-exchange mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the inside of the bioreactor; a soft water defoaming spraying mechanism and a circulating liquid spraying mechanism are arranged on the upper portion of the bioreactor; a foam sensor is arranged above the liquid level of the inside of the bioreactor. The foam sensor is connected to a controller; the soft water defoaming spraying mechanism and the circulating liquid spraying mechanism are both controlled by the controller. A cell monitor is arranged on the outer side of the bioreactor; a monitoring probe connected with the cell monitor is disposed inside the bioreactor and touches the liquid level. Monitoring data of the cell monitor are transmitted to a computer through a developer. The intelligent double-stage biogas desulfurization apparatus has the advantages of achieving foaming pre-perception and intelligent defoaming of the bioreactor, lowering operation and maintenance cost for enterprises, improving intelligent monitoring level of systems, and the like.
