When the novel active compensation crane system is used for hoisting cargoes on the sea, the novel active compensation crane system measures the motion parameters of a crane including swinging and heaving through the micro inertial navigation sensor and converts the motion parameters into digital signals and transmits the digital signals to a control system for processing; the control system calculates the compensation dosages of swinging and heaving; and a servo valve controls motion of a hydraulic motor according to the processed digital signals to carry out real-time compensation on the crane subjected to swinging and heaving influence.
